Swimming Pool Maintenance Guide
The purpose of this section is to guide the pool owner step-by-step through the complete pool maintenance process. Upon completion of your pool, Morgan Family Pools will continue to provide assistance with technical support by timely answering any and all questions regarding your pool; whether your pool is six weeks old or six years old!

Construction Warranty
Morgan Family Pools warrants that the pool shell will remain structurally sound for as long as you own your pool. Structurally sound is defined as maintaining the structural integrity of the concrete pool shell so as to withstand all the loads or stresses without cracking and causing water loss. If the shell is found not to be sound, Morgan Family Pools will, at no cost to the Owner, perform repairs necessary to restore its structural integrity and water holding ability. Morgan Family Pools does not warranty against damage to pool shell caused by failure to maintain proper water levels or ground water rising above the lowest point of the pool, or damages caused by earth or fill ground movement, earthquake, acts of God or others.
3 Year Equipment Warranty
All pool equipment installed by Morgan Family Pools including heaters, pumps, filters, and salt-water generators are covered by a 3-year warranty provided by Morgan Family Pools, from the date of start-up. This warranty is made in conjunction with any manufacturer’s warranties and is not limited by them.
Lifetime Warranty on In-floor Cleaning System Parts
All pool equipment installed by Morgan Family Pools including heaters, pumps, filters, and salt-water generators are covered by a 3-year warranty provided by Morgan Family Pools, from the date of start-up. This warranty is made in conjunction with any manufacturer’s warranties and is not limited by them.
Morgan Family Pools warrants that the water valve mechanisms will be free of defects for as long as you own your pool. Morgan Family Pools offers 3 years of field service for all in-floor cleaning systems from the date of the pool’s start-up. Note: After three years, defective parts must be shipped, postage paid to Morgan Family Pools and nearest authorized warranty station for repair or replacement.
3 Year Underground Warranty
All underground installations provided by Morgan Family Pools including pool plumbing, electrical and gas are warranted to be free of defects in the material and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of pool start-up.
3 Year Material & Workmanship Warranty
Morgan Family Pools warrants that all construction work done per this contract will remain free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of pool start-up. This includes all deck, tile, plaster, and masonry, which is detailed in the Construction Contract. Note: Masonry/Concrete products are inherently subject to minor cracking, checking, discoloration, staining, and variations in uniformity of color, and these conditions are not considered defective.
Limitations
It is the owner’s responsibility to properly maintain the swimming pool/spa. Morgan Family Pools does not warrant against failures caused by lack of reasonable care, failure to provide necessary maintenance, incorrect water chemistry, freezing, improper operation or vandalism. Morgan Family Pools does not warranty any work or materials provided by owner’s or owner’s agents and shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom.
Transfer of Warranty
Upon transfer of the title to your real property, this warranty may be transferred to the new Buyer, after inspection and at the discretion of Morgan Family Pools, and upon written request within 30 days of transfer of title. This warranty may be applied by the original owner only and within 1 year of the start-up of pool.
All warranties and guarantees set forth above are subject to complete payment of all contract charges, including any addendums.
